For Mid North Coast Local Health District we built a staff directory and added a read-aloud tool to every page, and NSW Justice Health has a searchable employee directory and a knowledge hub for policies.

WCAG 2.2 Level AA is now the reference point for Australian Government digital services and for Digital NSW. Older contracts and policies still cite WCAG 2.1 Level AA, so confirm which version you're being quoted against.
